Discoverer 4 and 6 automatic gearbox option R56, 00 per day extra.
International driver’s license is required at all times.
Hirer to ensure his/her own credit card is presented.
Holding deposit equal to excess amount will be taken.

CDW Insurance excess waiver
CDW 1. mini Standard excess R39000 (Discoverer Fun, DeLuxe, 4 & 6) or R52000 (Discoverer X 4x4)
CDW 2. midi  R210 per day reduced risk to R15000.
CDW 3. maxi R260 per day reduced risk to R0 including tyres and windscreen.
CDW 3. maxi only applicable from 8 days and longer.

Mileage
Unlimited mileage standard on rentals of 8 days and longer.
Limited mileage of 220 km per day on rentals 3 to 7 days – extra kms at R3 per km.

One-way fee
Between Cape Town and Johannesburg R3300.
Between Windhoek and Cape Town / Johannesburg R3750.
Other cities on request.

Cross-border fee
R1000 once-off
South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Lesotho, Swaziland en Namibia.

Transfer fee
Transfer fees are for pick-up only. Drop-off to nearest airport free.
O.R. Tambo airport to JHN camper depot: R90 per person.
CPT Int. Airport to CPT camper depot: R155 per person.
Windhoek Hosea Kutako airport to Windhoek camper depot: R175 per person
Sunday and public holiday surcharge: R250 per contract

Cancellation fees
3 months before departure date: 10% of total costs.
2 months before departure date: 25% of total costs.
1 month  before departure date: 50% of total costs.
1 week or no-show: 100% of total costs.
